The Keyboard Party
The Claviers Festival offers three concerts over two days, each featuring different artists and musical programs. Please reserve a separate ticket for each performance you wish to attend. The names of the musicians and works performed will soon be available on lacitebleue.ch and hesge.ch.
Initially, the Clavier Festival was a meeting of piano classes from the Geneva-Neuchatel School of Music around the repertoire of works for two pianos and four hands.
After two successful first editions in 2022 and 2023, the School of Music is partnering with La Cite Bleue Geneva to offer a Claviers Festival (in the plural!) this year that will mix ancient and modern instruments.
Harpsichords, organs, organetto, pianoforte, and clavichords will join the pianos to offer a very varied program ranging from the Baroque period to the present day: The Claviers Festival promises to be a must-attend event for all keyboard enthusiasts.
